Native Range: Citico Creek (Little Tennessee River system), TN; Formerly in Abrams Creek (Little Tennessee River System), TN

Spawning Habitat Preferences: Late spring to summer spawners in streams with low-moderate flow; they lay clutches of eggs under small to medium-sized flat rocks

CFI Status: Reared at CFI from 1986-Present for restoration and monitoring. (What do these terms mean?)
